Made by the process called wet-extraction from selected pulped roots of tapioca tubers into shiny white and very fine powdery material. Our starch has its own properties which are the stickiness and transparency. This makes the starch slower in returning into its original condition. It is used widely in all kind of food and even some kind of medicine around the world.
